Using This Site

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the solution and product descriptions across our six domains — is Cleo System's own published content, regardless of how a given solution is technically delivered behind the scenes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose site content without permission.
How Solutions Are Delivered
We believe in being straightforward about how we work, including here in our Terms:
"Solutions described on this site are delivered through Cleo System's orchestrated ecosystem of specialized technology partners, under Cleo System's direct management and quality accountability."
In practice, that means: you engage with Cleo System as your single point of contact and accountability, and we take responsibility for what's delivered — even though the underlying technical work may draw on specialist partners within our ecosystem.
Demo & Contact Forms
Submitting a Request Demo or Contact form is an inquiry, not a contract. It means our team will follow up with you — either with a scheduled demo, or manually, depending on what you're asking about. It doesn't create any binding commercial obligation on either side.
Careers Applications
Submitting a job application doesn't guarantee a response or a role. If a hiring process later includes background or reference checks, you'll be asked for separate consent to that at the relevant stage — it's not a blanket condition of simply applying.
Governing Law
Which country's law governs a given relationship with us depends on which Cleo System entity you actually contracted with — not a single fixed jurisdiction for all users:
- Where your agreement is with Cleo System Pte. Ltd., Singapore law applies.
- Where your agreement is with Cleo System Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş., Turkish law applies.
For visitors who haven't entered a specific commercial agreement with either entity, general use of this website is governed by the laws applicable to whichever entity's region you're accessing the site from.
