Why we’re distributed
The ecosystem itself is distributed. So we are too.
Cleo System orchestrates a partner ecosystem spread across Türkiye, Singapore, the UAE, the USA, and the UK. A single head office was never going to match how that work actually happens — so rather than retrofitting flexible work onto a centralized structure, we built the company around two anchors and a distributed model from day one. That’s not a compromise we’re apologizing for. It’s the reason the model works.
Async by default
Working across Singapore and İstanbul time zones — with an ecosystem reaching further still — we default to written, async communication over meetings.
Global by construction
Every hire extends the same distributed model the partner ecosystem already runs on.
Founder story
Cleo System began not with a launch, but with a conversation.
In 2023, Murat Tipi started laying the groundwork — talking to partners, analyzing markets, shaping a vision for a leaner, more accountable alternative to traditional systems integrators. Kerem Ersoy supported the venture from its earliest days. After a corporate career in Singapore with Thales and Hitachi Rail, Kerem established Cleo System’s first Singapore presence and its business development.

30+ years of global IT leadership at NCR, Alcatel, EMC, Tech Data, and Genesys (Founding GM, Turkey & Middle East), and VP/Assistant GM at Afiniti. Hands-on AI implementation — behavioral, conversational, agentic — across verticals before co-founding Cleo System. Double major, ODTÜ (METU); Master’s degree, USA.
Kerem Ersoy
Co-Founder & Board Member
30+ years leading transformation across Rail, Telecom, Smart Cities, and IoT. Most recently Head of Deployment & Service, Hitachi Rail/Thales GTS Singapore, leading major SEA metro signaling projects. Co-Founder and Digital Program Leader of an IoT-based smart greenhouse automation startup. Managing Director roles at Borusan and Vodafone. Enterprise Director at Alcatel-Lucent, covering smart city, energy and rail infrastructure across Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Honor Degree in Civil Engineering, Boğaziçi University.
