Those terms are negotiated directly and apply to your engagement specifically.

If we ever introduce paid content directly through the site (for example, a paid resource in our Knowledge Hub, distinct from our current free-or-lead-gen-gated model), this page will be updated with real refund terms for that specific transaction type before it goes live — not retrofitted afterward.
