How we started

Cleo System began not with a launch, but with a conversation.

In 2023, Murat Tipi started laying the groundwork — shaping a vision for a leaner, more accountable alternative to traditional systems integrators. Kerem Ersoy supported the venture from its earliest days, and Cleo System Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. was formally incorporated in March 2024.

After a corporate career in Singapore with Thales and Hitachi Rail, Kerem established Cleo System’s first Singapore presence and its business development. That work became official: Cleo System Pte. Ltd., incorporated in March 2026.
